Using Literra
By accessing or using Literra, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or request membership access to our digital collections.
Literra is a digital book library and catalogue. We provide information about books and collections and, where applicable, provide customers with digital access to membership access.
Digital Collections
Collections available through Literra may contain multiple books, documents, or other digital materials. The exact contents of a collection access and membership terms are described on the website at the time of the request.
Access included with a membership is provided for the member's personal reading and educational use unless a separate permission or license states otherwise.
You may not resell, commercially redistribute, publicly upload, or otherwise distribute Literra-provided files or access links without appropriate permission.
Private Community
The Literra community is a private, authenticated area. You must sign in with Google to participate. Community profiles use a display name, avatar, and optional bio; your email address is not displayed to other members.
Community contributions must stay focused on books, reading, ideas, and respectful discussion. Do not use the community for spam, unsolicited promotion, harassment, impersonation, threats, sexual content, fraud, automated abuse, or sharing another person's private information. Attempts to bypass rate limits, moderation, or account restrictions are prohibited.
Literra may remove content, quarantine content for review, suspend accounts, or permanently ban accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these rules and protect the community. Reports are private and may be retained for moderation and abuse-prevention purposes.
By posting content, you authorize Literra to host, reproduce, and display that contribution to authenticated community members as needed to operate the community. This does not transfer ownership of your original work to Literra.
Orders & Manual Payment
Literra currently handles membership requests through its website email form rather than processing card or bank-card payments directly inside the website. This is an intentional early-stage approach: we do not want Literra to collect sensitive payment credentials before we have a payment provider and checkout flow in place with appropriate security controls, transaction handling, and customer-support processes.
For now, the website does not ask you to enter card numbers, CVVs, banking passwords, or other payment credentials into a Literra form. Membership instructions and payment details are discussed directly with Literra after you choose a collection. If you voluntarily send a payment confirmation or transaction reference, it will be used only to verify that order.
Prices, collection contents, and availability may change from time to time. The price applicable to an order will be confirmed during the membership request process.
Delivery & Access
After an order has been confirmed, digital access may be delivered through a private Google Drive folder or another digital delivery method communicated by Literra.
Access links are intended for the member and should not be publicly posted, shared with unrelated parties, or redistributed.
If you experience a problem accessing membership content you requested, contact Literra so that the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
Content & Rights
Literra makes reasonable efforts to ensure that materials made available through the platform are appropriate for the way they are being distributed.
Different books, editions, translations, covers, introductions, annotations, and supplementary materials may carry different rights. A work’s availability on Literra does not by itself establish the rights status of any edition, translation, cover, or supplementary material.
Literra does not grant you ownership of copyright in any material merely by providing access to it.
No Guarantee of Availability
We aim to keep Literra's collections available and accessible, but individual editions, links, or collections may occasionally become unavailable or require replacement.
We may modify, replace, remove, or reorganize parts of the library when necessary.
Membership & Access Issues
Because Literra provides digital products, refund requests are considered individually based on the circumstances of the order.
If you paid for a collection but did not receive the promised access, received an incorrect collection, or encounter another genuine delivery problem, contact us and provide your order details so we can investigate.
Changes to These Terms
Literra may update these Terms of Use from time to time as the service, catalogue, or purchasing process changes.
The latest version will always be made available on this page. Continued use of Literra after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
